Developed and marketed a line of food                                                                                                                  products including Fruited Rice Curry, Dog Cookies & award winning Walnut Carmel Cheesecake.

Event Planning/Business Entertaining. Planned and coordinated over 300 social events,
banquets and parties, including scheduling of facilities, entertainment, menu and party
planning and Wine Tastings. Organized over 30 successful fund-raising events for political,                                                                                                              charitable, & service organizations.
